a cliché love letter
I've been dreading April to come, because it's the month that you have to go back.
Dear you,
I know I hide it well, and now it's time to put it out there, i got a crush on you. big time.
Stupid me for falling with an exchange student. I know you have to go back. I barely saw you because you travel a lot but honestly, if I were you, I would've done the same thing. Being in a new continent, making the best of it. But then again this cause me not being able to see you all the time during your 4 months stay here.
I picture all the possibilities of us but it never ends well, because you're going to go back to the states.
I wasn't there when you were in church the first time. Jessie told me that there's this new exchange guy from the states who's pretty cute and i was like pfftt yeahh sure.
Then I met you the first time ever at the raclette party at lifegroup, I sat next to you and we talked about a bunch of things, i still haven't fall for you. You seem plain and uninteresting honestly.
And you got me at "hey feren".
it was during a sunday in church. I got pretty early and sat next to jessie, you came a while later and said hi to me, normal, plain.
After church, i was talking to janet and a bunch of people were in a circle near us, you came and approach us and said hi to everyone, I didn't say hi back because a) i've said hi to you this morning and b) i was in a middle of a conversation. But somehow you insist and said "hey feren". That's where you got me, enough to make me think about you and can't wait to see you next Wednesday.
you're leaving soon and it sucks because i felt like i haven't show you how much interest I have in you. it's just me. I'm so not use to having a crush on anyone and I think i'm really bad at it. The more i like you the more i'll ignore you. You were so nice that time I lead the bible study. i was doing so bad and you were so supportive. well everybody did but somehow yours meant a lot. thanks!
and now all i can say is best of luck for you my louisiana boy. Maybe i'll see you again later in the future.
